Well, at least it was a snowy morning!
Friday it snowed here and it was the first time the kids have played in snow. It only lasted part of the day (people tell us it won’t stick until around Thanksgiving-ish time) and it was gorgeous!
Big, white puffy flakes, swirling in the sky. And I never knew how bright it gets outside from the sun reflecting off the snow. I *heart* snow!
Here are the kids sporting their new balaclavas. Those things are great! But they look a little weird…
And here’s Travis– the kids got him good a few times with snowballs they had made while waiting for us to come outside. They also got me good a few times, but I made them run for it!
And here’s me in my awesome snow boots… those suckers keep my feet warm and I love how cute they are. Aren’t they cute?
And here’s the dog. He also had a lot of fun, though it doesn’t really look like it, does it?
We are very excited about wintering here!!!!
